About Zova Jewelry

Zova Jewelry is an online jewelry store based in North Miami, Florida. We sell everyday pieces — necklaces, earrings, rings, and charms — at prices that let you buy something because you like it, not because it is an occasion.

What we sell

Our range runs to sea life and beach motifs, hearts and crosses, butterflies, pearls, and a few glow-in-the-dark pieces. Most items sit between $30 and $60. Charms are made for European-style bracelets, and our chains come in gold-tone, silver-tone, and rose gold-tone finishes so you can build a look that matches what you already wear.

We add pieces when we find ones worth adding, and we take down the ones that do not hold up.

About our materials — the honest version

Our pieces are fashion jewelry. That means plated and finished metals, cubic zirconia and glass stones, and enamel work — not fine jewelry, and not investment pieces.

You will notice we describe finishes as "gold-tone" and "silver-tone" rather than gold or sterling silver. That is deliberate. We have not had these items independently assayed, so we will not tell you what the metal is. Plenty of stores repeat whatever a supplier's listing claims. We would rather describe what you can actually see and let you decide.

The same goes for stones. If a piece has cubic zirconia, we say cubic zirconia. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out instead of guessing.

How we ship

Our pieces ship from our manufacturing partners overseas, which keeps prices down and makes delivery slower than a domestic warehouse. Expect 10 to 20 business days within the United States after your order is processed. We publish real ranges rather than best cases, because a delivery estimate you can plan around is worth more than an optimistic one. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

If something is wrong

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and make it right. Our Refund Policy spells out exactly how that works.
